La Ronde Wright was appointed by the landowners of the site to advise on redevelopment options to maximise its value. Following the completion of the development options appraisal and selection of the preferred option, we assisted in the preparation of the design brief, pre-application enquiries, public consultation and procurement of engineering and environmental services to inform the planning application submission. We project managed the planning stage of the project until a prospective purchaser was secured to deliver the project.
